Chair of the Aviation practice providing a full service to international and domestic carriers operating in Argentina which includes start-up of operations, negotiations with labor unions, representation before the Aviation Authorities, review and analysis of agency and distribution contracts, data protection, compliance, consumer protection, antitrust, tax, immigration, cargo and freight, bilateral and multilateral agreements, schedules, punitive proceedings, etc. Advisor to the Aviation Authority and the Ministry of Transportation related to the aviation industry on aviation policies, drafting of passenger rights regulations, unified manual of environmental management for Airports, among others.

Member of the high-profile litigation team of the firm in charge of trying high impact cases including the defense of major stakeholders in class actions brought up in the tourism, aviation, Telcos, insurance, financial and automotive industries with an extensive practice in litigating cases before Federal, National and Provincial Courts in matters ranging from contracts, corporations, torts, labor, antitrust, IP infringements, insurance and consumer law, regulatory matters and the review by appeal of punitive proceedings, appearing before the Federal Supreme Court on several occasions acting also as amicus curiae.
